 ersection...\nHydration: Water will be available at\nthe start/finish 
 line and at approximately the half- way point for the 10K.\n*\nAdopt-a
 -Village International is a non-profit , non– sectarian, humanitaria
 n organization based in Colo-rado Springs which hopes to provide a han
 d up, not a hand out to im-poverished villages, spe-cifically in Ecuad
 or and Peru. AaVI has been working in these South American villages si
 nce 2003 and has set up medical clinics to treat thousands of people, 
 distribute wheelchairs to immobile people, and build wells for potable
  water in remote villages. June 8th through the 21st a team of eightee
 n Do-herty High School students, chaperones, and medi-cal providers wi
 ll return to Peru to volunteer in another medical excursion. The stude
 nts will help run clinics teaching basic hygiene care and wellness to 
 the indigenous people around the Amazon River. To help with this effor
 t, please feel free to bring a donation that will be taken to Peru for
  the medical clinics. Donations can be toothbrushes, tooth paste, band
  aids, vitamins (children’s, pre-natal, or regular), soap, hand sani
