DESCRIPTION:So today I just did a 5 miles run today at the Garden of t
 he Gods today with my Achilles friends Brandon and Melissa on this run

 oad we run the there trail and man was a full house at the Garden of 
 the Gods.Put we hits there trail a lot of up hills and down hills. So 
 in first week of today I will be run the 2018 Summer Roundup Trail Hal

 nne Mountain State Park www.colorado.com/state-parks/cheyenne-mountain
 -state-park so at were I run my first trail run this past April for a 
 10K miles. At was a sort distant run put now it will be a Half maratho
 n a 13 miles run as part of the triple crown challenge this summer.I d
